2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To place bets or use most features of the Platform, you must create an Account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and residential address.
• Maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and void any bets or bonuses.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your Account, whether authorised or not.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Complete the KYC verification process when requested. Failure to provide valid identification documents (KTP, proof of address, selfie verification) may result in suspension of your Account and inability to withdraw funds.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

gg123 is required by law and our licensing obligations to verify the identity of all users. You must provide the following documents when requested:

• A copy of your national identity card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document) dated within the last 90 days.
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face.

We typically process KYC submissions within 1-24 hours. Until your Account is verified, you may experience restrictions on deposits, betting limits, or withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

gg123 supports deposits via local Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). When making a deposit, you agree that:

• All funds deposited must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits are credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method.
• gg123 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds in your payment method before initiating a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider.
• gg123 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, especially for large amounts or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gg123 offers various bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Abuse of bonuses, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must bet 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from the bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and some other games may contribute less or not at all. Check the specific bonus terms for details.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited after the expiry period.
• Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active (e.g., Rp 25.000 per bet). Exceeding these limits may void your bonus and any associated winnings.
• gg123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

When placing a bet on gg123, you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• gg123 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, especially if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, sport, or market. Limits are displayed at the time of placing your bet.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds display, gg123 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific sport or game rules published on our site.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, including football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, BRI Liga 1), badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), the following rules apply:

• Pre-match bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time, unless otherwise stated (e.g., "to qualify" markets may include extra time and penalties).
• Live betting odds update in real time. Accepted bets are locked at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed for more than 48 hours, all bets are void and stakes refunded, unless the bet has already been determined (e.g., a first-half market in a match abandoned in the second half).
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets: All selections must win for the bet to pay out. If any selection is void, it is treated as a non-runner and the odds are recalculated accordingly.

6.3 Casino and Slots

For casino games, including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo), and crash games (Aviator, Spaceman), the following rules apply:

• All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures to ensure fair outcomes.
• Casino game rules, payout tables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed in the game information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, your bet remains active and will be settled according to the outcome. Live casino games will continue without your input, and the result will be recorded.
• Any winnings from casino games are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon completion of the game round.

6.4 Lottery and Togel

For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other lottery-style games:

• Results are determined by official draw results from the relevant lottery authority.
• Bets must be placed before the published draw cut-off time. Late bets will be automatically moved to the next draw.
• Winning tickets are paid according to the published prize structure for each draw.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for a defined period.

• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-ups remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gg123. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, system bugs, or incorrect odds for personal gain.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including coordinated betting or hedging to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or reversing deposits after they have been used to place bets.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Sharing your Account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

9. Limitations of Liability

gg123 operates the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or its content. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider errors.
• We are not liable for any losses incurred due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance or upgrades.
• In the event of a dispute, our decision is final and binding.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it and close your Account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the gg123 Platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the property of gg123 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Balance, provided all wagering requirements and verification conditions have been met.

gg123 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued access poses a risk to the Platform or other users. In such cases, we may withhold any remaining Balance if we have reason to believe it was obtained through prohibited means.

13. Amendments to Terms

gg123 may amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in a neutral jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class arbitrations against gg123.
